Orders

All items are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AED and must be paid in full at checkout. Prices may change without notice.

Shipping

Delays may occur due to couriers or customs.

Made-to-Order Policy

As each abaya is made specifically for the customer, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
