Refund policy
At Atelier by Aishah, every abaya is made to order with great care and attention to detail. As each piece is specially created for you, all sales are final.
No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference regarding style, colour, or fit
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions, size information, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Made to Order Items
All Atelier by Aishah abayas are made to order. This means your garment is crafted specifically for you once your order is confirmed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds after production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item, including the issue
- Photographs of the packaging if applicable
After reviewing your request, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started, as each abaya is made especially for the customer.
